The products are handmade and may differ from the photo displayed on the bebetrix.ro website depending on the nature of the textile material, its colors, the nature of the wood and its colors. The wood material may show traces of knots, fibers or a more pronounced texture.

Payment can be made
Payment with the bank card is a safe method because the card data will not be stored by the processor, they being secured and encrypted.
For payments by bank card, no commission is charged from the cardholder.
To make the payment, you will enter your card number, the expiration date and the CVV2/CVC 2 code (which represents the last three digits written on the strip on the back, which also contains your signature).
Regardless of the currency you have in your bank account, payments will be made in RON, at the exchange rate of your bank.
If you opt for the cash on delivery payment, the full payment will be made to the courier who delivers the product.
The Seller will issue a tax invoice to the Buyer for the ordered products, after making the payment.
Acceptance of the order is considered completed when the payment is completed.
The seller undertakes to ship the products by fast courier. In the case of those products that are made to order, the production will be done within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of the order. The delivery will be made within a maximum of three working days. At the international level, the delivery time may be extended.

Deliveries are made by Fan Courier, Nemo Express Romania or DPD from Monday to Friday. Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Buyer. Deliveries are made outside of legal holidays and only on working days.

Each product is packed in a cardboard box and between the boards there will be cardboard separators to protect the product. The seller discharges the risks and responsibilities associated with the products at the time of their delivery to the courier company or to the Buyer.

In the case of made-to-order products, the buyer will return the product within a maximum of 14 days starting with the day he takes physical possession of the product only if it has manufacturing defects. In this case, the product is returned without any involvement from the customer and the seller will exchange the product or refund the entire amount. This will be done after analyzing the returned product by the Seller and communicating the analysis to the customer.
In the case of products available in stock, the customer can request the return of the product/products without justified reasons, unused, unassembled (where applicable), in the same condition in which they were received, only in the original undamaged, unopened packaging and together with the accessories, the labels intact and the original documents of the product. Products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return. The return costs are borne by the consumer in this situation.
The products sold on bebetrix.ro have a one-year warranty for wooden products and 30 days for textile products.
