Free transport in Romania for orders over 300 lei.
Free transport to Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and Floresti (Romania). In order to benefit from free shipping, users must enter the postal code corresponding to the delivery area.

In the case of made-to-order products, the buyer will return the product within a maximum of 14 days starting with the day he takes physical possession of the product only if it has manufacturing defects. In this case, the product is returned without any involvement from the customer and the seller will exchange the product or refund the entire amount. This will be done after analyzing the returned product by the Seller and communicating the analysis to the customer.

In the case of products available in stock, the customer can request the return of the product/products without justified reasons, unused, unassembled (where applicable), in the same condition in which they were received, only in the original undamaged, unopened packaging and together with the accessories, the labels intact and the original documents of the product. Products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return. The return costs are borne by the consumer in this situation.

The seller will reimburse the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product without objections.
